Description
A versatile and economical concrete plasticizer with a wide dosage range for various applications
Uses
Ecoment PB 100 is used wherever high quality structure concrete is
required. Its plasticizing effect is particularly useful where:
•Poor quality aggregates are found.
•Maximum performance is desired.
•Exposed surfaces are important.
•Placing conditions are difficult.
•Pre-cast elements are produced.
•Where ever quality is required.
Dosage
0.2 – 0.5 % by weight of cement. For improved concrete in normal applications use 0.2 %. For more demanding situation, use 0.5 %. Ecoment PB 100 is compatible with all types of Portland cement, including S.R.C..
When accidental overdosing occurs, this will have effect of extending the setting time. During this period the concrete must be kept moist in order to prevent premature drying out.
Dispensing
Ecoment PB 100 is added to the mixing water prior addition to the concrete.
